HMS Victory Replica Ship (1805)

The ultimate British fighting vessel, she was 227 feet in length with 104 guns and carried 850 men when at full capacity. Captained by the famous Admiral Horatio Nelson, who was shot and killed aboard the H.M.S. Victory during the Battle of Trafalgar. The H.M.S. Victory is now restored and resting in dry-docks at Portsmouth, England.
This beautifully handcrafted decorative ship is the perfect appointment for the home, business or office. It accents fine furniture perfectly.
This ship is 100% built from scratch, put together piece by piece, similar to an actual ship. Model kits are not used. The wood is cut from trees.
Plank on frame construction (hollow hulls). Ribs on the inside, piece by piece form the hull and deck. If you look closely, you can see the nails used to secure the strips of wood to the internal ribs.
Wood is cut piece by piece and put over the base of the ship's hull to the water line.
Working lines on the ships. They can be tightened and loosened.
Sails can be furled and unfurled by tracing each working line.
Ship comes with a solid wooden stand and a brass name plate.
Ship comes with her history printed on antiqued paper along with a stand to display beside the ship.
Built from top grade woods.
This process replicates the actual manner of how ships were built at the time, resulting in a realistic and faithful replica of the original ship.
