Sword of Milan
Circa 1470. The Italians seemed to favor short wide blades such as the Cinquedea, whose lineage is readily apparent in this sword. This is a very functional blade capable of shearing cuts. It is also a good size for sword and buckler dueling. The gracefully shaped steel hilt parts are combined with a wire wrapped grip for a good positive grasp. An important addition for your sword collection. Includes scabbard. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts®. Can be sharpened for additional fee. Overall: 34"; Blade: 27" long, 2-5/8" wide. 3/16" thick; Wt: 2 lbs/12 oz.
