Make your own Jagerbitter Schnapps, a classic German dry semi-bitter liqueur made from over 50 dried berries, herbs and spices. Best served ice cold! The kit includes everything you need to make your finest blend of Whiskey aged to perfection. Alcohol NOT included. How does it work? Start by curing your barrel. (see instructions). Pour the contents of the bottle and a 1/2 cup of granulated suger into a barrel or (750ml) bottle. Fill with 25 fl. oz. (725ml) of 40% alc./vol. grain alcohol, neutral vodka, moonshine or swish alcohol. Shake well to mix thoroughly. Makes 26 fl. oz. (750 mL). For barrels larger than 1 liter, use 1 bottle of essence per liter of alcohol. For extra body and mouthfeel, add 1oz of finishing formula.
