Make your own Irish Whiskey with a Swish Barrel Bootleg Kit. The original Ulsce Beatha (Gaelic Whiskey), aka THE WATER OF LIFE, invented by monks during the 5th century. Traditionally distilled and blended from both malted and unmalted grains. Pour the contents of the bottle into a barrel or (750ml) bottle. Fill with 26 fl. oz. of 35-40% alc./volume grain alcohol, neutral vodka, moonshine or swish barrel alcohol. Shake well to mix thoroughly. Makes 26 fl. oz. (750 mL). For barrels larger than 1 liter, use 1 bottle of Irish Whiskey essence per liter of alcohol. Age spirits to your taste in an Oak Barrel for at least 2-4 weeks!
