Make your own Honey Scotch Whiskey with a Swish Barrel Bootleg Kit. Re-create that famous Scottish blend of whisky, heather honey and herbs, made famous by Bonnie Prince Charlie in the 17th century. The kit includes everything you need to make your finest Honey Scotch Whiskey aged to perfection. Alcohol NOT included. Alcohol NOT included. How does it work? Start by curing your barrel. (see instructions). Pour most of a 750ml bottle of 40% alc./vol. grain alcohol, neutral vodka or 'swish' alcohol into the barrel. Add 1 bottle of Honey Scotch Whiskey Essence and fill the barrel with the remaining alcohol. SHAKE WELL to mix thoroughly. It's best when aged for 2 or more weeks but if you can't wait? DRINK NOW!
