Brandy & Dictine Making Kit - 3 Liter
Make your own Brandy & Dictine with a Swish Barrel Bootleg Kit. The classic midieval herbal liqueur, originally made by French monks from 27 herbs and spices and then blended with aged brandy. The kit includes everything you need to make a Premium Brandy and Dictine aged to perfection. Alcohol NOT included. How does it work? Start by curing your barrel. (see instructions). Pour most of a 750ml bottle of 40% alc./vol. grain alcohol, neutral vodka or swish alcohol and 1/2 cups of granulated sugar into the barrel. Add 1 bottle of Brandy & Dictine Essence and fill the barrel with the remaining alcohol. SHAKE WELL to mix thoroughly. It's best when aged for 2 or more weeks but if you can't wait... DRINK NOW! Kit Includes; American White Oak Barrel w/stand, bung and spigot (charred). Brandy & Dictine Essence. Paper Funnel. Barrel Cleaning Kit. Complete Instructions included!
